I used to bur nothing but GM but a buick century cured me of that.I switched to chrysler and although I believe they build very good vehicles they have a lousy trade in value.I now own a honda accord and would buy nothing else.

Foreign When the american auto worker takes more pride in his or her work instead of complaining about more money, more benefits, more, more, more, etc., then maybe thinking will change.

No preference. Actually, I would prefer to buy a domestic if American manufacturers made anything that appealed and seemed reliable; unfortunately, they do not seem to do that as well as their foreign competitors.

My kid's Chevrolet was built in Canada. Does that make it domestic or foreign? My wife's Toyota was built in the U.S. Does that make it domestic or foreign?

No preference. Safety and economy are bigger factors to consider rather than which company or if it's Domestic or Foreign.
I don't believe there are any vehicles totally USA made anymore.

Cars of "tutti-fruitti", i.e. they come from everywhere. No such thing as "American made" anymore. We buy what best meets our needs.

I second Denver Don Juan. We buy a car that satisfies the most needs without regard to country of manufacture. Parts for cars come from everywhere; they are all international.

I'd love to buy American but experience has taught me that foreign has been more reliable and lasts longer than domestic. :(

The best car for the application. Country of origin is not really a factor.
